On October 1, 2023, we proudly added Willow Run MHC to our portfolio. Upon acquisition, the property presented a unique canvas with 30 existing homes amidst the potential of 162 available home sites. Undeterred by the initial landscape, we embarked on an ambitious journey of transformation.

Our focus has been unwavering, directing efforts towards comprehensive infrastructure upgrades and the installation of concrete foundations. Anticipating the arrival of new homes in the Spring of 2024, our vision extends beyond mere revitalization – we aspire to infill all 132 vacant home sites by November 1, 2024.

This endeavor is more than a construction project; it is a commitment to the local communities of Crestline and Mansfield. By providing 132 new homes, we aim to not only enhance the physical landscape but also contribute to the flourishing lives of families and the growing community in the region.
