In January 2023, we seized an opportunity to redefine the landscape of Hunters Pointe MHC, unveiling a vision that transcends boundaries. At the time of purchase, Hunters Pointe hosted 26 homes with an additional 23 vacant home sites. Undeterred by the challenge, we embarked on a journey of revitalization. One year later, our efforts manifested in the installation of 23 brand-new Skyline homes, a testament to our dedication to progress. The result? 100% occupancy of the existing available sites, marking a milestone in our mission to provide quality living spaces.

As we stand at the threshold of Phase 2, the excitement is palpable. This fall, we embark on the next chapter, a phase that will witness the addition of over 180 sites to this already beautiful community. Our vision extends beyond numbers; it's about crafting spaces where families thrive, forging a legacy of community enhancement.
